Produced by Red Lion and modeled as a Graphic Monochrome LCD Operator Interface Terminal with a 5.7" QVGA display and touchscreen the G306M010 model operates on 12 VDC rather than the standard 24 VDC. The model has a textured finish with 5 embossed keys. 

A protective conductor terminal is available on the G306M010 model which will be secured to the conductive parts of the equipment to ensure the safety of the operator and the equipment itself. The protections must be connected to the external protective earthing system. The grounding terminal for this model is available on the rear of the unit and should be connected to the protective earth (earth ground). 

There are three LEDs associated with the G306M010 model which are red, yellow, and green. The red LED is at the top of the line of the three and is labeled as the power LED. There are two modes that the LED uses which are steady or flashing, the flashing of the LED indicates that the unit is in the boot loader and no valid configuration is being loaded onto the device. A steady LED indicates that the unit is on and running an application properly. 

The battery on the G306M010 device, which is a lithium coin cell battery type is used to keep time when the device is not powered on. The time accuracy of the timekeeping on this unit is typically less than one minute per month drift. The battery on this model does not affect any of the unit’s memory as all of the data and configuration are stored within the non-volatile memory available on this unit.
