The 9903-106 Motor Operated Potentiometer (MOP) is a remote speed adjustment or speed limiter for Woodward 2301A, and Electrically Powered Governor (EPG) Series of Controls. This MOP can also be used as a power level adjustment for the Woodward Generator Load Control (GLC) Series. The 9903-106 assembly is a potentiometer driven through a coupling by an electric motor. Said motor includes a friction clutch in order to prevent damage to the potentiometer and thus the rest of the connected system. The 9903-106 is mounted on and encased by sheet steel. Install the potentiometer and motor on the electric control panel or have it wired remotely. Installation should be supervised or performed by a knowledgeable individual.
