About the 9905-022
The 9905-022 Woodward 2301 series Load Sharing and Speed control model is another low-voltage model. This model is a forward-acting, individual actuator model, with an actuator current of 0-400 mA. If using a speed-trim device the installed factory jumper on the control must be removed. Terminal 0 on the low voltage model is never used.
If the phase on this model is off, then a phase correction procedure must be performed, and the operation must have a minimal power of 0.9; if this cannot be attained then tracing is the only way the current-transformer phase can be corrected. The prime mover must be powered off to perform a transformer phase correction, and label each CT wire with the possible polarity and phase even if the initial polarity and phases are not correct they must be used to identify the wires.
When using an N1 to keep the speed control and load sharing from interrupting the initial setup short the controls to terminals twenty-one through twenty-four. When using an N2 the same applies to keeping the controls from interrupting short the controls to terminals ten through twelve. To override the speed signal on an N2 close terminal eighteen to override loss, when using an N1 close terminal four to override loss.
When unpacking, working with, or close to the control, do not remove the circuit board unless absolutely necessary, if this is necessary be sure to only touch the edges and do not touch any electrical conductivities.
