About the 9907-017
The control unit 9907-017 produced by Woodward inc is available for purchase or any of your repair needs at AX Control inc. This model is from the 2301A series comprised of Load Sharing and Speed controls, typically this model is made in high-voltage and low-voltage models and is either forward-acting or reverse-acting.
To differentiate between the high-voltage and low-voltage controls the high-voltage control will indicate that as such on the front of the control while the low-voltage control has no such indication. When differentiating between the two types of voltages on the controls many of the terminals are used for the same functions. Terminal zero on the low-voltage model cannot be used, meanwhile on a high-voltage model that terminal can be used and proves 20 Vdc to terminals fourteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen and thirty.
The high-voltage models operate on a typical power source of 90-150 Vdc or 88-132 Vac; no matter if you are using a low-voltage or high-voltage model it requires no less than a 15 W nominal for accurate operation. When connecting power to the control be sure that the leads of the power supply are properly connected, when properly connected the positive lead will be connected to the sixteenth terminal and the negative lead will be connected to the fifteenth terminal.
