Part number 8440-1935 is from the easYgen-3000 series, the EasyGen series is produced by Woodward Inc and is available for purchase at AX Control Inc from our new surplus or secondhand reconditioned inventory which is located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The 8440-1935 part is alternatively referred to as the easYgen-3500-1-P1 model, this model is in a sheet metal chassis, and is typically installed inside of a cabinet, be sure that when you are using your controller you do not connect any wires to the protective earth terminal on the controller if you must connect something to the protective earth do so through the connector on the bottom of the controller. 

The easYgen-3500 models are equipped with an integrated generator group breaker control. Please be sure that when you are disconnecting your device, the current transformer has been short-circuited, if the transformer has not been short-circuited it could lead to severe personal injury and potential death. 

Your controller has a feature called power factor, this factor is a ratio of the real power of the controller to the apparent power of the controller, and three different circuits can be used with the power factor, a capacitive circuit, a purely resistive circuit, and an inductive current. The resistive current will have the current waveforms and voltage as an instep and should have a power factor of 1.00, typically the two working together will be known as unity.
