Droop speed control device 8290-067 from Woodward as one part of a full EPG system. The Electrically Powered Governor series controllers must be combined with an actuator and magnetic pick-up to create a complete EPG system. Product 8290-067 is compatible with the actuator models 8256-017 and 8256-022. It should be mounted near the actuator and battery and can be used with 12 AWG and 14 AWG wires. The device should be mounted in a covered area and can be placed on the prime mover. This speed control product can be used on turbines powered by gas or diesel.
