About the 5466-1045
Designed by Woodward as paper of the MicroNet Digital Controllers the 5466-1045 module is a MicroNet Plus CPU5200 unit that allows for Cyber Security. According to the 06960 Data Sheet which lists the active CPU modules and their current status the 5466-1045 unit is currently inactive meaning that the model can no longer be produced by Woodward due to the obsolescence of some of the main components needed to build the unit. If you cannot find a replacement 5446-1045 model Woodward recommends that the 5466-1510 be used as the replacement.
As a CPU5200 the 5466-1045 model has one serial port, one general-use port, one CAN port, and one service port. This unit does not have RTN (Real-Time Network) ports and thus will not support any type of expansion operation within the chassis. The model also has the ability to run on a GAP application, when running on a GAP application there is a corresponding CPU_ML5200 that will perform diagnostics testing before the application programming is run.
There are a multitude of compliancy types that the 5466-1045 operations on, such as CSA, ATEX, CE (EMC), DNV, LRS, and ABS. All of these compliance types can be found in the second version of the 26166 MicroNet Simplex and MicroNet Plus manual.
