About the 5501-411
On the front faceplate of the board, there are four LEDs which are as follows, overtemperature, power supply fault, input fault, and OK. Each LED has a different function four of the LEDs are fault indicators that will light up red, and one will light up green. One of the three fault indicators is the power supply LED, when this LED lights up it will indicate that one or more of the supply levels has gone below the specified level, or one of the supply’s three power converters has shut down. It is possible to attempt to fix this problem by checking the circuits to ensure that they are properly seated, if all circuits are properly connected but the power supply is not working then the power supply must be replaced.
