Product model 8237-1367 comes out of the Woodward ProTech-GII Series. It is an over-speed detection device that can be configured to safely shut down various types of turbines of any size. It works with steam, hydro, and gas turbines to protect them from over acceleration. The model also utilizes auto-testing to make sure each module is working. Model 8237-1367 also has a memory log to store information. It will store the last 20 over speed events, the last 50 sensed trips, along with the associated times of the events.
