Product Description

The T1K-08TR is part of the Terminator I/O line of Fieldbus termination I/O products from Automation Direct/DirectLogic.  This is part of a modular system that includes power supplies, base controllers, and I/O modules.  While many of these modules are now in legacy status and cannot be sourced from the OEM, they are typically available through AX Control. 

The T1K-08TR is a Relay Output module.  It is typically used for applications that are cost-sensitive, where currents are higher than solid-state outputs can deliver, or where isolation is required.  It typically is not used in places where currents under 10mA are required or where loads must be switched at high speed.  

The T1K-08TR is built with Form A, normally open module contacts.   It has 2 commons per module with four points per common.   The unit has an operating voltage range of 6-240 VAC or 6-27 VDC and an output voltage range of 5-264 VAC min/max and 5-30 VDC min/max.    Off to on response time is <15 ms while on to off response time is <10 ms. 

The T1K-08TR includes two LED error status indicators to show when the user-replaceable fuses need to be replaced.  There is one fuse for 4 points or 1 fuse per common.
