About the T1K16ND3
T1K-16ND3 is 16-point, 12/24Vdc input module. This module is designed for easy installation and removal using a separate base (T1K-16B or T1K-16B-1) which is sold separately. It also has a hot-swap feature provided correct precautions are taken, though modules should only be swapped under power when necessary. Angled mounting brackets are available for easy installation and wiring access in upper and/or lower locations.
The DirectLogic T1K-16ND3 has 16 sink/source points. The sink/source jumpers only determine the configuration of this I/O module when internal power is used. When external power is used, the T1K-16ND3 can be wired to either the sink current or the source current regardless of the jumper placement.
This terminator I/O discrete input module has an ON voltage level of > 10.0 Vdc and an OFF voltage level of < 2.0 Vdc. It has a 4 mA minimum ON current and a 0.5 mA maximum OFF current. Both the ON to OFF response time and the OFF to ON response time of this module is rated at 2-8 ms.
