About the DMR-150
DMR-150
Built and manufactured by Cognex, their Dataman series of barcode readers are a fixed mount, image-based ID scanners that are designed for zone routing, tote scanning, and other medium distance applications at assembly line belt speeds reaching up to 300 feet per minute. At a first glance, these Cognex DataMan models includes such features as the best in its class ability to read rates, no moving parts in the device, these models are easy to install and use, and there are also the capabilities to read and see performance feedback. These features are all thanks to the high-speed latest Cognex algorithms.
These algorithms, 1DMax, is able to decode poorly printed or damaged 1-D barcodes, while 2DMax provides reliable code reading for 2-D barcodes, regardless of code quality or the printing method.
The DMR-150 models are outfitted with an image resolution of 752 by 480 pixels, thanks to its global shutter and the ⅓ inch complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS), with a frame acquisition rating of 60 frames per second. The DMR-150 model series is also outfitted with 4 discrete input and output ports (2 of each), and with 2 green aimer LED lights, as well as a set of 5 status indicator LED lights.
The DMR-150 series’s physical dimensions, in the standard set up, are 43.1 millimeters by 22.4 mm by 55 mm. In the right angle set up, those dimensions change to 43.1 mm by 28.8 mm by 49.3 mm. The average weight is 128 grams.
