About the 825-10249-1R
825-10249-1R
Just one of the many parts that make up one of the pieces of the In-Sight 2000 line of vision sensors. This ID number is listed as working with the several models of the In-Sight 2000M -125 suffixed subgroup.
The three models this part is used in are the IS2000-110-30-125, the IS2000-120-40-125, and the IS2000-130-40-125. With these three models, many of their details, specifications and dimensions don’t change much from the Cognex standard of these products. Their In-Sight firmware version is the 5.2.1 version, and they’re open to holding up to 160 MB, and outfitted with hardware like a CMOS Imager, an M12 S Mount and M12 8 millimeter lens (the C Mount also accepts 3.6 mm, 6 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, and 25 mm sized lenses).
The standard image pixel resolution is 640 by 480 pixels, with 256 grey levels at 8 bits per pixel, though the 120 and 130 models are capable of magnifying and enhancing the images. The electric shutter speed is fast, from 0 to 1000 milliseconds, at 40 frames per second, with the 110 model, and then upgraded to 75 frames per second for the other models.
Built in to these vision sensors are a series of I/O points, with 1 EtherNet acquisition trigger, and 1 general use input, and then with 4 general use outputs, all of which are compatible with the CIO 1400 expansion set of input and output ports (8 of each).
