About the IS2000C-130-40-125
IS2000C-130-40-125
Ideal for finding errors in assembly line merchandise. A painted aluminum case weighing 200 grams. 92 millimeters long, 60 millimeters wide, and 52 millimeters tall. With 6 built in IO ports: a Ethernet trigger, a general purpose input, and 4 output lines.
Equipped with a lightning fast shutter speed of 0 to 1000 milliseconds, and 55 frames per second. Open to holding up to 160 total megabytes of memory for function and image processing. Operating with the Cognex In-Sight 5.3.0 firmware, images are recorded with a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) imager—4.8 millimeters wide and 3.6 millimeters tall, able to capture 3.75 micrometers of pixels. The standard lens used on the IS2000C-130-40-125 is the 8 millimeter with an M12 S Mount. Other lens sizes include 3.6 mm, 6 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, and 25 mm. Standard image resolution is 640 by 480 pixels in 24-bit color.
This model is able to consume up to 24 volts of direct current, and 48 watts of energy. It’s also outfitted with a group of 5 multicolored LEDs, indicating status and device actions, such as Power, Network Connectivity and the Pass/Fail indicator, used to indicate if there are any flaws in assembly line products.
If more IO ports are needed for the job, an input and output expansion module is compatible with the IS2000C-130-40-125, the CIO-1400. When attached and plugged in via the ethernet port, the CIO-1400 gives an additional 7 input ports and 6 general outputs.
