Internal processors that are twice as fast as the IS2000-110 models, and optical imaging resolution of 640 by 480 pixels, and capable of magnification up to four times its image rating at 800 by 600 pixels. Thanks to its CMOS (complementary metal/oxide semiconductor) ⅓ of an inch in size, the image is recorded in full color. Its maximum frame rate speed is 55 frames per second.
The IS2000C-130-40-S24’s combined lighting unit comes installed with the standard modular white LED light rings, and is compatible with a polarized light cover. Unlike the other IS2000 Mini models, the IS2000C-130-40-S24 is completely incompatible with the red, infra-red, and blue LED color options.
This model’s outfitted with a much more advanced location and measurement tool software than the rest of the available models. Pattern recognition and labeling, analyzing and measuring brightness and contrast, and recording distance, angle, and diameters of products. This model also includes touch screen capabilities, with the VisionView PC and VisionView 900 Human/Machine interface software.
For system communications and I/O ports, one of the two input ports are compatible for an M12 Ethernet/IP trigger, and one is meant for a general purpose, whereas the four output ports are all meant for general purpose use.
With an IP-65 rated aluminum frame that weighs about 142 grams, this unit is powered by less than 3 watts, and has an operating temperature range from 0 to 40 degrees Celsuis, or 32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
