About the IS2000M-130-40-125
IS2000M-130-40-125
A wide variety of optical tools can be attached to the Cognex brand series of visual sensors, with the options of 3.6-millimeter lens, the 6 mm lens, the standard 8 mm, and then larger options are available, like 12, 16, and 25 mm lenses.
A standard M12 S Mount houses the lens, and its electronic shutter speed of 0 to 1000 milliseconds, at 75 frames per second. In order to process these images, the model’s complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) captures up to 3.75 micrometers of pixels in monochrome.
For internal software specifications, the 5.2.1 variation of In-Sight firmware sets the base to allow for the following programs: the Cognex patented In-Sight Explorer, EasyBuilder, the VisionView PC, and the VisionView 900 Human-Machine touch screen interface. For network communication, an EtherNet/IP is supported, with the factory default supporting DHCP, static, and local link IP address configuration. The necessary connection RS-232 hardware is an RxD receiving unit, though a TxD is also compatible, according to TIA/EIA-232-F standards. For the data transfer IO ports, up to 6 ports are available, a single Ethernet trigger, a general use input, and 4 general-purpose outputs. An IO extension unit is compatible, the CIO-1400 IO module, granting users 7 general inputs and 6 outputs while in use.
The IS2000M-130-40-125’s power consumption rate is 24 volts of direct current, and 48 watts, to power the LED lighting installed. The three LED rings eliminate the need to install external lighting for the sensor to operate, instead of using white, infrared, and red lighting that’s optimized with a lens filter and polarized covering.
