About the ISS-5110-0000
To install the In-Sight ISS-5110-000 Vision System, you must complete a few tasks. The tasks are not described in detail below but are outlined to provide an idea of what is required.

Lens Installation: If a thread cover is in place you must remove it. Screw the lens in place and be careful not to touch the lens with your bare hands. This is to prevent scratches and smudges.

Ethernet: Connect the cables to the connectors firmly. Also make sure the cables are not broken and the insulation is not cracked.

Breakout Cable: Connect the breakout cable to the dedicated connector on the device. It provides power and several communication signals.

Configuring: Install the configuration software on a laptop and log in to configure the device.
The image bit depth of the In-Sight ISS-5110-000 Vision System is 256 grey levels (8 bits/pixel) at 60 full frames per second.
The minimum firmware requirement for the ISS-5110-000 is In-Sight version 4.4.3.
Before you install the IS5110, consider that the device must be supplied with a 24VDC ±10%, 500mA maximum.
The device has several LEDs on the front that indicate device status. The Power LED might have several states, as described below.

Off: No power is present or the power supply has failed.

Blinking fast: The device is turned off and the power button is disabled. This means the device is not ready to be turned on.

Blinking slowly: The device has power and is ready to be turned on.

Solid On: The device is turned on and is functional.
