About the ISS-5610-0000
The image bit depth of the In-Sight ISS-5610-0000 Vision System is 256 grey levels (8 bits/pixel) at 60 full frames per second.
The minimum firmware requirement for the ISS-5610-0000 is In-Sight version 4.4.3.
Before you install the ISS-5610-0000, consider that the device power consumption is 24VDC ±10% at 500mA maximum.
The ISS-5610-0000 contains two high-speed outputs. When you connect the high-speed outputs you have several choices. The breakout cable carries the signals for the high-speed outputs.
-
Connect the high-speed outputs from the ISS-5610-0000 to a relay, LED, or another load.
-
Connect the high-speed outputs to a PLC input that is compatible with negative-positive-negative (NPN) circuitry.
-
Connect the high-speed outputs to a PLC input that is compatible with positive-negative-positive (PNP) circuitry.
The high-speed outputs have the following specifications:
-
Sink current: 100 mA maximum
-
OFF state leakage current: 200μA maximum.
-
External load resistance: 280 Ohms to 10K Ohms.
-
High-speed lines rated at a maximum 100mA
Cable shielding is vital to protect the signals carried by the cables from interference and electrical noise. To extend the life of the cables and protect the reliability of the device, make sure the bend radius is less than 10 times the cable diameter. Also when you plan the cabling include service loops with all connections. This guards against stressing connections and possible damage to cables and connections.
Make sure the installation site does not expose the ISS-5610-0000 to overheating, and too much dust, dirt, moisture, and humidity. Also make sure the unit will not experience excessive impact, vibration, and exposure to corrosive chemicals, flames, and static electricity.
