About the IS7400-01
IS7400-01 is a Cognex camera that is part of the InSight Vision System. This camera has 512 MB non-volatile flash memory and unlimited storage via a remote network device. The image processing memory is 256 MB SDRAM. The sensor ia a 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor with a 5.3 mm diameter. The sensor is 5.3 x 5.3 µm sq. pixels. The camera resolution is 800 x 600 pixels. The electronic shutter speed is 16µs to 950ms. The acquisition is rapid reset, progressive scan, and full-frame integration. The bit depth is 256 grey levels at 8 bits/pixel. The camera operates at 102 full frames per second. The lens type is an M12 or C-mount.
The ALWAYS ON setting on the Integrated LED ring light does not keep the ring light on always. Other settings for this ring light are DISABLED and EXPOSURE CONTROLLED. The integrated lights may be used with a c-mount In-Sight 7000 camera. However, the light may be obstructed by the c-mount, and the user must shut off the power supply when changing the c-mount lens. The current limit for the external light is 500 mA at 24 V, whether strobed or constant on. During a strobe sequence, the external light can be overdriven beyond 500 mA. 1A at 50% duty cycle is the maximum current draw. The M12 lens configuration allows for a variety of filters (red, orange, green, blue, and IR), as well as a diffuser ring and a polarizer kit (ring material and polarizing lense included).
