Built in next to the LED lights are the 1 Gigabit Ethernet input port, and 2 high-speed output ports. (The Cognex In-Sight 8000 vision systems are built with only 1 isolated trigger input)

The IS8200M-373-40 uses JavaScript to provide the basics of creating repetitive processing routines, operations including string parsing and formatting, designing custom graphics, and shared JavaScript modules.

The IS8200M-373-40 model features flaw recognition software, non-linear calibrating processes, caliper assessment, and InspectEdge. Image monitoring and filtering capabilities are also included. The essential tools package includes edge/curve/blob/line finding, geometry tools, histogram skills, standard calibration operation, image filtering, and pattern matching.1-D/2-D barcode analysis and checking. Optical Character Recognition and Verification (OCR/OCV) is also included. PatMax and PatMax RedLine matching software is used to maintain the IS8200M-373-40’s Flexible Flaw Detection abilities.
