Product Description

Product ISM1100-00 is a compact, stand-alone, and network-ready Vision System that can be used in factory settings on a large factory-wide network system. The model can help with the guidance of robots, measurement, identification, and inspection applications. While operating the model if you wish to change the configuration it can be done so over a network using the inherent user interfaces. 

According to the In-Sight Micro Vision System Product Guide, one of the things that the ISM1100-00 model is best known for is the resolution. The resolution associated with this model is a standard resolution of around sixty hundred and forty to four hundred and eighty pixels. The resolution allows for the unit to handle some of the highest-speed manufacturing lines with the most minute vision system footprint. 

One important note that should be made regarding this vision system is that the amount of image sensor rows can be configured to the users liking if the rows are decreased then the frames per second will be increased.

Due to similarities between the In-Sight Micro and In-Sight Track and Trace models the ISM1100-00 model can be connected to one of the Track and Trace models. When used together the two vision systems can create a total data verification and identification solution for serialized labels for medical device packaging. Some of the features including are reading 1D and 2D barcodes including GS1-128, GS1 DataBar,  Pharmacode, and Data Matrix.
