About the ISM1100-C00
In-Sight Micro Series Vision System ISM1100-C00 was one of the first color vision systems to be produced when Cognex produced the systems back in 2010. Since then eleven more color vision systems have been developed and joined this model. One of the models associated with this unit is the ISM1100-C10 which does have supported PatMax features thanks to the extended tool set. All of the features that come with the associated tool sets are listed in the attached Cognex In-Sight Micro Vision Data Sheet; if you desire more information on the advantages and the ways in which the features can best be utilized refer to pages eight and nine in the In-Sight Micro Series Vision System 2010 Product Guide.
There are two user interfaces that are used with the ISM1100-C00 model, one of them being the EasyBuilder Interface; the EasyBuilder Interface will be used in conjunction with the In-Sight Explorer Software. The two software interfaces being used together make setting up the vision application even easier as it will go step-by-step. The EasyBuilder software is best suited for beginners who have never set up a vision application before but does not require any type of programming experience. The In-Sight Explorer Software is often used for more advanced vision system users and allows for the flexibility of the available spreadsheet interface to program solutions for some of the most difficult applications.
While the ISM1100-C00 model is a stand-alone and network-ready vision system it does require some cabling to allow for different connections; the standard cables used with this vision system are either breakout, I/O module, or Ethernet cables. All information on cables will be found in the In-Sight Micro Series Vision System Installation Manual.
