About the ISM1413-01
Vision System Model ISM1413-01 is one of the In-Sight Micro Cameras. There are several compliances associated with this unit which are FCC, KCC, TÜV, SÜD, RoHS, CE, and NRTL. The standard frame rate per second that this unit will operate on is fourteen full frames per second, but it is vital to note that the maximum frame rate depends on the assigned job for the unit, the minimum exposure for a full image frame capture will use the acquisition trigger and will assume that an interface connector to the vision system is non-existent.
This unit has specific sensor properties that are used. The sensor properties used regarding the ISM1413-01 model are 8.8 mm diagonal, 4.4 x 4.4. μm square pixels. During the operation of this device, there is also an acquisition that is required; the acquisition used is full-frame integration, rapid reset, and progressive scan.
There are several connector types that need to be used if connecting the ISM1413-01 model, for example, there are Ethernet, I/O, breakout, and RJ-45 LAN cables. The RJ-45 LAN cable is used for connecting this model to an Ethernet network. The RJ-45 cable will directly connect to the vision system’s LAN port, which connects the vision system to the chosen PC or router/switch. The Ethernet cable is used to provide a connection to the Ethernet to allow for power supplies to the vision system as well as network communication. Please note that there are two eight-pin ends that have different signals and wire associations. The wire association for pin 6 on P1 and pin 1 on P2 is orange/white.
