About the ISM1500-11
Cognex Vision In-Sight Micro Vision System Model ISM1500-11 was designed as a Regulatory Model. When installing this model there are two primary connectors that are needed. The PoE and I/O Connector, each connector has a very specific function. For example, the I/O connector will be used to provide correspondence between the high-speed outputs and the acquisition trigger inputs. There are also three base light-emitting diodes on this system which are labeled LED1, LED2, and ENET. In relation to the ENET LED there are two types which are 10-BaseT and 100-BaseT. When power has initially been sent to a 10-BaseT LED the LED will be red to indicate that power has been detected, and will temporarily change to green when the network connection has been officially established.
The ISM1500-11 model has in-depth specifications regarding a variety of different things, for example, there is a specific electronic shutter speed, resolution, sensor types, bit depth, and even more. The electronic shutter speed that is used in regard to this model depends on the chosen resolution for which there are two, either 640 x 480 or 800 x 600; if the chosen resolution is 800 x 600 the shutter speed will be five microseconds to five-hundred milliseconds.
