About the PA05S-133
The PA05S-133 is a Parker Motion Human-Machine Interface from the company’s PA PowerStation family. These HMIs were manufactured by Parker as economical push-button panel replacements with optional advanced software features. All PowerStation HMIs include basic connectivity hardware features and software for alarming, graphics, and networking.
The PA05S-133 is one of the smaller PA PowerStation models available. This unit is a 5-inch,¼ VGA Color STN Display with a 133 MHz x86 processor. It is UL/cUL/CE approved. If you need a unit that is also Class 1 Div 2 rating, please refer to a PA05S-135 model.
The PA05S-133 offers a viewing angle of 50 degrees left and right, 20 degrees up, and 30 degrees down. It fits into a cutout of 6.2 x 4.91 inches, which is comparable to the cutout for a PV 550T/600T. The PA05S-133 is designed with mounting clips to provide for a simple drop-in mounting.
The PA05S-133 has several options for interfacing. This includes the analog resistive touch screen as well as keyboard or mouse inputs through PS/2 ports. The PA05S-133 is not supplied with any sort of USB port but does include a single 10/100BaseT with RJ45 Ethernet port and two serial ports.
The PA05S-133 should be used in indoor locations only where the unit can be maintained at temperatures between 0-50 degrees Celsius. The PA05S-133 is fitted with a CompactFlash External drive.
