This product, the 591P/0270/500/0011/UK, is a module that was designed and manufactured by the Parker Engineering electromechanical production branch. These units are now out of production from them, and are only available as reconditioned goods. AX Control Inc. is able to provide you with the entire Eurotherm 590 and 591 Plus series, reconditioned and optimized.
The 591P/0270/500/0011/UK is a regenerative module. The regenerative Eurotherm modules are designed with a set of AC supply fuses, a series of contactor units, and two controlled bridge units and a field bridge. These bridges are capable of providing a series of protective measures in the event of an overload.
The Eurotherm 590/591 units is outfitted with a 32 bit microcontroller. The microcontroller module is designed with advanced features such as the complex control algorithms (which were developed to not be replicable by analog techniques), which pairs with the operator configurable control circuitry throughout the unit. This circuitry is built from the standard software blocks. The communication abilities for the 591P/0270/500/0011/UK include the serial link connections. This allows for the Eurotherm 590 and 591 units to set up advanced processing systems.
The 591P/0270/500/0011/UK module is protected with a NEMA 4X/12 rated cover, which is coated with a gray finish. The dimensions of the 591P/0270/500/0011/UK are 200 mm x 434 mm x 292 mm.
