620STD04504000020 is a standard AC drive designed for the 620 Vector series by Eurotherm. Workplace applications for the unit include AC induction motors that utilizes both logic control systems and analog setpoints. A 45 kW system, the unit includes high performance speed control settings that ensure the drive operates within its prescribed bounds. Inputted voltages to the drive can safely rate between 380 to 460 VDC.
The 620STD04504000020 features multiple I/O interfaces, including 24 VDC digital and analog I/O. On the drive there are nine digital inputs and five analog inputs onboard. The I/O capabilities of the unit are completed with three programmable digital outputs and two programmable analog outputs. A factory installed MMI (man machine interface) system provides users with access to drive diagnostics, alarms, and parameters. Attached to the MMI is a 32 key alphanumeric keypad, which provides users with easy access to this interface system.
Manufacturer provided installation instructions should be followed to protect the drive from damages. Surrounded by a IP20 enclosure (UL Type 1), 620STD04504000020 is protected from falling dirt and debris. Operating facilities for the drive must maintain ambient temperatures no lower than 0℃, or 32℉ and no higher than 50℃, or 122℉.
