FRN1.5G11S-4CX is a general purpose inversion drive developed for the Fuji Electric Frenic 5000 G11 series. Inverters like this can be used in a number of factory and production line jobs, from mixers and pumps to presses and conveyors. The drive features integrated dynamic torque vector control to intelligently calculate motor speeds needed for individual loads.
Nominal motor speeds for the FRN1.5G11S-4CX measure at 1.5kW. This inversion drive can input between 380V to 480V from the source. Voltage inputs are accompanied by a 50/60Hz frequency. Voltage outputs produced by this inverter range from 380V to 460V with a 0.1Hz to 400Hz frequency range. The maximum sustained output voltage this unit can withstand measures at 480V. Inverters from this series are capable of operating remotely. The keypad found on the front of the drive is easily removable, allowing for remote control.
The manufacturer provides a compilation of installation and storage parameters that should be followed to prevent any damages to the device. A NEMA 1 enclosure surrounds the drive, making only indoor operation suitable for this device. Production lines should maintain an ambient temperature no lower than -10℃ (14℉) and no higher than 50℃ (122℉).
