About the FRN3.7G11S-2
The Fuji Electric FRN3.7G11S-2 is a general purpose inversion drive from the Frenic 5000 G11 series. Inverters from this series can be used in a number of workplace applications. Machines like book binders, mixers, and drills can all interface and operate with this drive. Motor outputs from this device are intelligently calculated with an onboard dynamic torque vector control system. These calculations are performed based on the needs of an individual load.
Motor speeds for FRN3.7G11S-2 rate at a nominal 3.7kW. Output voltages produced by the inverter can range from 200V to 230V, with a maximum voltage output of 240V. Outputs are accompanied by a frequency range from 0.1Hz to 400Hz. This drive can withstand incoming sourced voltages from 200V to 230V, with a frequency of 50/60Hz. The drive features a detachable keypad that is easily removed from the drive. This allows the operator to remotely access the device, expanding its uses across the production line.
FRN3.7G11S-2 features manufacturer provided installation and safety parameters to prevent damages to the device. A NEMA 1 enclosure houses this inverter, making indoor installation the only viable mounting site. All installation facilities should be climate controlled to prevent any environmental distresses on the drive. The ambient temperature of the operating facility should be maintained no lower than 14℉ (-10℃) and no higher than 122℉ (50℃).
