About the 193X265AAG04
The 193X265AAG04 board is a logic relay card. This device was manufactured by General Electric for the 193X board replacement series. Members from this series can be easily installed into a wide range of drives and exciters across the GE brand. When installed in a drive, this card provides it with four additional relays. This allows for more connections to a range of peripheral devices.
A number of components are integrated into the relays found on this card. 193X265AAG04 includes four relays with each being a 4PDT type. Within each of those connections is a coil that rates a voltage of 115 VAC with a 50/60 Hz frequency. Coils in the contacts have a pilot duty rating of a 0.8 A inrush current and a 0.18 A holding current. All relay contacts on board have a resistive rating of 1 amp, with voltage of either 115 VAC or 20 VDC. When current is detected in the coils of the relays, on board indicator lights will illuminate. When operating this card should not be used when switching any dry circuits.
General Electric includes a number of installation and storage parameters with their 193X boards. These are provided to reduce the risk of device damage or defect. It is imperative that the 193X265AAG04 logic relay card is installed and wired properly. Only allow trained personnel to handle and install this board. A comprehensive wiring guide can be found in the corresponding device datasheet and manual. Originally, technical support for this board was provided by the manufacturer, General Electric.
