About the 193X295AAG01
The 193X295AAG01 is an Instrument Card designed for use in General Electric’s IC Driver/Regulator. This is a four-quadrant regenerative or one-quadrant non-regenerative drive system with motor field control and instrument and diagnostic modification designed for constant HP operation. These sorts of drives offer speed feedback, speed reference, relay logic, and motor field control.
The 193X295AAG01 can be used in either one quadrant or four-quadrant drives. This is an optional drive that always had to be ordered separately from the primary drive system. The unit works in conjunction with a Diagnostic 193x275AAG01 board.
The 193X295AAG01 is used to monitor signals that are internal to the IC driver and regulator. This PCB includes a DC oscilloscope with a triggered sweep (1 MhZ) mounted into its front faceplate, along with a PRM measuring device that is between zero to 4,000 RPM tach. The front panel also includes two variable dials (red and black) and a switch marked 3V, 12V, and 30V.
The 193X295AAG01 circuit board includes capacitors and resistors along with surface-mounted wiring. There is also three tp test points and a fuse mounted in a fuse holder. The board is designed with three notches in its rear edge.
