About the 193X532ABG01
The 193X532ABG01 is what is known as a field control board. This is a type of printed circuit board or PCB. The 193X532ABG01 was produced by General Electric or GE for the 193x series.
The 193X532ABG01 is a large printed circuit board with many different components. Located at the top of the board is a large metal part. On top of this metal part are two (2) large components which are wrapped in fabric. These two large components are connected to the plate and to the surface of the circuit board with wires which are white and black in color. On the side of this metal part, there is a large black plastic piece. This plastic piece contains two large fuses which are bound with silver metal on each end. These fuses may have fifteen (15) amps or thirty (30) amps. Situated on the right side of the bottom half of the board are six (6) small blue potentiometers. These potentiometers are labeled with the words ALIGN, SLIM, FLOSS, FMIN, CROSS, and FMAX. Every potentiometer contains a small knob which may be used to adjust the resistance of each device. Two large components which are silver and have a red base. These components are connected by wires to the large fuses. A number of yellow capacitors can be found all over the board. Many of these capacitors are large and others are smaller. Several transistors which are small, round, and silver can be found on the right half of the 193X532ABG01.
