About the 193X562AAG06
The General Electric 193X562AAG06 board is a general purpose relay card. GE developed it for the 193X series of drive replacement boards. As it is a replacement part, it can be applied to a number of drives and exciters across the manufacturer’s series. When installed in a drive, this general purpose relay card provides an additional six relays with the corresponding circuitry. These provided spots allow users to connect optional devices to the drive.
Included on the board are the relay positions and their associated circuitry. There are six relays provided by this card. Within each of these are two form C contact pairs that can be found on the terminal strip. Coils with a nominal voltage rating of 115 VAC are also integrated into the relay. LED indicators are present on the board to provide visual indicators of when currents are present within the relay coils. Sourced inputs to the board should rate at 115 VAC with a 50/60 Hz frequency. The 48 VDC relay operating voltage is sourced using the integrated rectifier bridge, capacitor, and dropping resistor.
Installation parameters provided by the board’s manufacturer should be met. These are included to help lessen the risk of damages or defects to the board. 193X562AAG06 should only be installed by qualified personnel who are well trained in handling drive boards. As wiring is crucial in board operations, please review the wiring instructions found in the corresponding device manual and datasheet. Technical support for this card was originally provided by the manufacturer, General Electric.
