About the 193X701CRG01
The 193X701CRG01is an “S” Curve Integrator card manufactured by GE. This board was created to be part of Speed Variator Drive systems. Speed Variator Drives are closed loop, adjustable speed systems that are bidirectional and have constant torque. They are used for test stand systems, coordinated lines, and machine tool control. This is a DC adjustable speed drive.
The 193X701CRG01 has a wide front panel with a curved handle connected to its bottom edge. The front panel is white and blue. The top blue portion of the panel includes information such as the GE logo, the board name, the board number, and the labels for four thumbwheels located below. These labels are P-278, P-279, P-277, and P-276. The thumbwheels are located in the white area of the front panel and are connected to rotary potentiometers located on the back side of the panel. The front panel attaches to the bottom PCB via two screws.
The 193X701CRG01 has four large aluminum electrolytic capacitors located along the back edge of the board. It also has several metal film resistors, and several large diodes located close to the front panel. The bottom board has a perpendicular spur attached to it. This spur is populated by a number of components, including three transistors, four potentiometers, polyester vinyl capacitors, ceramic high-voltage capacitors, and metal film resistors and diodes. Resistors tend to be mounted to this spur vertically.
The 193X701CRG01 will be carefully packed using a static-reducing sleeve. Safety data and installation instructions may be found in manuals, data sheets, or other publications from GE. Technical support was provided by GE.
