About the 193X703AAG02
The 193X703AAG02 is a Relay Card manufactured by GE for their Speed Variator Drive system. The Speed Variator drive is a bidirectional, constant torque range system with adjustable speed that has been designed for machine tool control, test stand systems, as well as for coordinated lines. These systems have the ability to be tailored for the end-user, but usually include a power and control unit, a DC motor, and an operator system of some kind.
The 193X703AAG02 is built with a front panel designed with a wide front panel that has a single looped handle. Two indicator lights are placed just above this handle. These are labeled IL226 and IL227. These LEDs are wired to the main board via two wires to two through-holes. Two other holes for LEDs have been cut into the front panel but have been closed by button covers. The front panel has a blue strip along its top edge that is printed with the board number, the board name, and the GE round logo.
The 193X703AAG02 is printed on its top surface with two black squares. Each of these squares is printed inside with lists that state “coil/o/no/no.” The board has a total of four components. This includes two carbon composite resistors and two relays. The relays are general-purpose, double-pole, double-throw relays with voltages of 115 volts, a-c +/- 10%, 60 Hz +/- 2 Hz or 95 volts a-c, 50 Hz. Their DC Coil resistance is 3600 ohms, +/- 10% at 25 C.
The bottom of the 193X703AAG02 board is printed with the code 7695937AA -A. Solder points and traces are evident here.
The 193X703AAG02 will be carefully packed, including a static-reducing sleeve, before it is shipped to you. Please review installation instructions before unboxing your new part. Manuals or datasheets from the manufacturer are excellent resources for this information.
