Product Description

The 193X707AAG01 is a General Purpose Motor Field Control Card manufactured by GE. This PCB is a component for the GE SCR Drive system or for the GE Speed Variator Drive system.   Both systems run on a DC drive and are closed loop, adjustable speed drives. However, the SCR drive is a unidirectional adjustable speed drive, while the Speed Variator drive is a bi-directional constant torque range system.

The 193X707AAG01 has a narrow front panel with a looped handle.  The board number, board information, and GE logo appear along the top edge.  Four round openings have been made in the panel; one of these has been closed by a metal/plastic plug.  The other three are populated by rotating switches. These switches are labeled P-657, P-659, and P-658.    All three switches connect to rotary potentiometers located on the back side of the panel. The front panel attaches to the bottom board via two screws attached via through holes and reinforced by a metal bar attached to the top side of the PCB.

The 193X707AAG01 is populated with seven diodes, a polyester vinyl capacitor marked 200 VDC, seven carbon composite resistors, and two aluminum electrolytic capacitors.  These are marked 10µf 25 VDC.   There is also one large resistor marked 2 C13 20W 7K517 500 Ω.  This component held off the board by two supports.  It is a through-hole component.
