About the 193X710ADG01
The 193X710ADG01 is a High-Performance Power Supply for the SCR Drive and compatible systems. The SCR Drive is a DC adjustable speed, adjustable acceleration drive that has been designed for general purpose systems, as well as coordinated lines and machine tool control. This is a closed loop, unidirectional drive built with a power and control unit and a separate operator station.
The 193X710ADG01 is built with a wide front black and white panel with an attached handle. This handle helps facilitate both the insertion of the board into a rack system, but also makes it easier to remove the drive for maintenance. The front panel is marked with the board number, the board information, and the round GE logo. Two screws attach the front panel to the main circuit board.
The 193X710ADG01 is populated with six transistors. One of these transistors is a large bipolar transistor that has been mounted using two screws to a C-shaped metal housing that has been marked on one side with the code 104X170ECG10. This housing also holds two fuses. Several resistors are mounted to the board underneath this housing.
The 193X710ADG01 has a single Lenco transformer mounted into a frame mount. This transformer is marked 156DA002. Two sets of metal posts are next to the transformer, for mounting components above the level of the board.
The 193X710ADG01 has four electrolytic capacitors, including three that are mounted to the board vertically. These components use surface wiring to attach to the board or to other components. There is also one capacitor made of polyester vinyl material. The board uses carbon composite and metal film resistors.
