Product Description

The 193X715ACG09 is a PCB component manufactured by GE for their Speed Variator line.  This includes Speed Variator drives and SCR drive systems. SCR Drives feature a DC adjustable speed drive in a unidirectional, adjustable acceleration/speed closed loop system.  The Speed Variator drive offers a bidirectional, constant torque range system that is also an adjustable speed, closed loop system. Both drives can be used for machine tool control or for coordinated lines.  

The 193X715ACG09 functions as a Cargo Winch Coordination board.  It is built with a silver and blue front panel attached. This panel is marked with the name of the board, the GE logo, and the board number.  It has a curved handle attached at two points near the bottom edge. The panel is attached to the circuit board by two screws that feed through a flange, the circuit board,  and then are fed through a metal bar for reinforcement. The board is marked on its bottom edge with the code 942B11CA-A.

The 193X715ACG09 is built with two transistors, a large through-hole electrolytic capacitor, several diodes, and resistors made of both carbon composite and metal film material.  Resistors may be mounted horizontally or vertically. The board also has many metal connection points located in two lines. These connection points are used to connect surface wiring and will finish off circuits in different ways depending on how this is done.  These contacts should be checked regularly for loose connections to ensure the card continues to perform at an optimal level.
