Product Description

The 193X720BAG01 is a Gate Pulse Generator Card manufactured by General Electric for DC drive systems like the SCR Drive and the Variator Speed Drive. These drives are designed for machine tool control or as general-purpose systems.

The 193X720BAG01 has a blue and silver front panel.  This panel connects to the PCB using two screws. The panel is marked with the General Electric logo, the board number, and the board name.  There are four round openings cut into the bottom third of the panel. These have been closed up by metal/plastic covers. One opening is labeled P-476.  This opening lines up with a rotary potentiometer located on the other side of the panel.

The 193X720BAG01 is populated by two transformers.  The larger of these components is marked E485OA 166444.  The smaller component is marked 50-4908. Both transformers are mounted in frames.  The board has two inductor coils. The larger of these components has been mounted to the board using a single screw.  Eight colored wires connect from the side of this inductor to the board surface. This includes four white, two black and two red wires.   The board also has a single round power supply.

The 193X720BAG01 has eight carbon composite resistors.  The board also has three wire-wound resistors of varying resistance.  The board has four metal diodes. Capacitors are made of polyester film and other material.   Markings on the board are limited to a single code located on the bottom of the board. This code is 769B894BA -A.
