The 193X727ADG01 is a GE printed circuit board manufactured as a component for General Electric DC drives, including the SCR Drive and the Speed Variator Drive. Both are general purpose industrial drives run by a DC motor. The Speed Variator system is a bidirectional system while the SCR drive is unidirectional.
The 193X727ADG01 does not have a front panel connected to the printed circuit board, which makes it unusual in the 193x series. The board functions as a Pulse Transformer card. It has six transformers located near the four edges of the board. The transformers are marked 156DB007 696 along the top of their frames. The board has nine poly vinyl capacitors, six transistors, and thirty-four metal film resistors. A few resistors and capacitors have been mounted to the board in a vertical position. The board also has eight varistors. Varistors are variable resistors that help protect other components from surges or other overvoltage conditions. The final components on the board are twenty-six metal connectors, aka bias jumpers. These connectors have been numbered, but also carry a separate number/letter designator (so for example, a connector can be 74 (4G.)
The 193X727ADG01 has been drilled along its edge and in the center of the board. The board identification number is printed in the center of the board, along with the code RD06.
