About the 193X735ACG01
The 193X735ACG01 is a Reversing SCR Bridge component for the SCR Drive system or the Speed Variator Drive system. While these systems are similar (both closed loop, adjustable speed drives run by DC motors,) they do have differences. For example, the SCR drive is unidirectional and the Speed Variator is bidirectional. The SCR drive also has a remote operator station that the Speed Variator does not have.
The 193X735ACG01 is built with a wide front black and grey front panel. This panel carries the General Electric logo, the board ID number, and the board name. This panel includes a rounded front handle.
The 193X735ACG01 is built with the primary circuit board attached to the front panel by two screws. This board has four large black capacitors attached to its surface. These components are marked C 2457 04 +/-10% 1.6KV 104X122AA114. Above the four capacitors, the board has a heat sink component attached via two screws mounted into standoffs. This heat sink includes two wire attachment points. Two surface wires run from these points to bias jumpers located on the back edge of the board. There are over ten bias jumpers located on the back edge that all attach to surface wires. These wires run to other points on the board, including through factory-cut holes to the bottom side of the PCB. There is a second heat sink attached to the board on this surface, also attached by two screws attached through two standoffs. Wires attach to this component as well. The bias jumpers are designated by both letter and number.
