The 193X737ACG02 is a Monitor board component for GE’s DC drive systems like the SCR Drive and the Speed Variator Drive system, as well as other compatible drives.

A narrow grey and blue panel with a rounded handle attaches to the 193X737ACG02 board.  This panel has multiple pieces of information printed on its surface, including the board number, its use, and the logo for General Electric.  The board has one opening populated by a plug and three amber lights. The lights are labeled over temp, over current, and loss of phase. The attached handle is an aid to technicians and helps simplify the process of inserting or removing the drive from racks for replacement or maintenance. This panel is attached to the circuit board using two screws.

The 193X737ACG02 is populated with one wire wound resistor.  This component is marked 7142 1RC PW10 250 Ω 10% 10W.  The board also uses resistors made of carbon composite material.  The board has nine polyester vinyl capacitors and one capacitor of another material.  It has a single relay located near the back edge of the board. Diodes tend to be made of ceramic material.

The lights inserted into the front panel of the 193X737ACG02 are wired into the board using red wires.  A black wire connects two bias jumpers located near the center of the board.  Some components are numbered. The bottom of the board carries the code 942B2858B -A.    

The 193X737ACG02 has a secondary board attached to the primary board at a perpendicular angle.  This secondary board is an oscillator board. It uses such components as transistors, capacitors, and carbon composite resistors.   The oscillator board attaches to the primary board using several pins.
