Product Description

The 193X741AAG02 is a Power Supply board with Dual Outputs.  This board by General Electric is designed for use within the manufacturer’s Speed Variator Drive, SCR Drive, or other compatible DC drive systems.   The Speed Variator and SCR Drive are closed-loop drive systems running on a DC motor.

The 193X741AAG02 is designed with a wide front faceplate attached to the circuit board via multiple screw connections threaded through a bottom flange, through the PCB and then into a supporting bar.  The faceplate has an attached looped handle to improve the ability of technicians to manipulate the drive for maintenance or replacement. The panel is silver and blue and is marked with the board’s use information, identification number, and the manufacturer’s logo.

The 193X741AAG02 has seven stab-on connectors located on each side of the board.  These are labeled T, Q, R, E, B, S, and C, and are attached to surface wires. If the board begins to intermittently malfunction these connections should be checked immediately.  The board is also populated by four electrolytic capacitors mounted vertically above the board surface on metal standoffs. These are marked 500 μf 50V dc.   The board also has two polyester vinyl capacitors, nine transistors,  and several diodes and carbon composite resistors. The board also has a line of six metal uprights near the rear edge of the board.  These are marked U, V, W, Z, Y, and X.
