Product Description

The 193X802DAG01 is a PCB component manufactured by General Electric for DC drive systems like the SCR drive and the Speed Variator drive.  Both of these systems are run by DC motors and include a power and control unit. Both systems are closed loop, adjustable systems.

The 193X802DAG01 functions as a Coordination/Signal Amplifier/Torque Limit card.  The board is built with a narrow blue and silver front panel that attaches to the printed circuit board by two screws.  This front panel has four openings that are populated by four rotary dials. The dials are labeled P-426 Response, P-446 Up Limit, P-448 Sensitivity, and P-447 Down Limit.  Each of these dials connects to a rotary potentiometer that then connects to the PCB. The panel has a single handle connected near its bottom edge, to allow technicians to insert and remove the board easily for maintenance and replacement.

The 193X802DAG01 is populated by twelve electrolytic capacitors.  It has a single polyester vinyl capacitor that is marked 2.0 +/- 10% 200V 112A1C20 5K 121 104X122AA-053.   The board has several carbon composite and metal film resistors of varying size and resistance. The board has two transistors.  Surface wiring is used in several locations on the board. The board also uses diodes. The bottom of the board is marked with the code 7698918DA -A.  The bottom of the board shows traces and solder points.

The 193X802DAG01 board will be carefully packed by the AX Control warehouse team and wrapped in an anti-static material before it is shipped to you.
