The GE Power Connection Board 531X122PCNAMG1 is a renewal part for multiple original equipment power connection boards. To configure the board to be compatible with your drive, jumpers are on the GE Power Connection Board 531X122PCNAMG1 that allow you to configure the board to be identical to the board you are replacing. Use the information that comes with the board to understand how to set the jumpers for your drive. Also, there might be other jumpers that must be set. Carefully review the defective board and set any jumpers in the same position on the new board. Use the jumper identifiers to match the jumpers on the defective board with same jumper on the new board because you might find that the jumpers are located in different locations on the new board.
Also cables might be connected on the old board. Don’t disconnect them until you label them with the connector number and any other useful information. That way, you can easily connect them on the new board easily and quickly.
