About the 531X133PRUANG1
The 531X133PRUANG1 is a Process Interface Board manufactured by GE for use within several of their general purpose drive systems. Please refer the manual or user guide associated with your drive system to determine compatibility.
The 531X133PRUANG1 is used to amplify, filter, and convert input signals so they can be properly used by the connected control system. This is one of several versions of this board available within the series. It is marked with the board number and codes like F31x133PRUALG1, 002/01, 003/01, and 006/01. Codes are located on both the front and back surface of the board.
The 531X133PRUANG1 is populated by components like a 16-pin header connector, two cable connectors with vertical pins, and a terminal strip. The terminal strip has three screw connections and is marked TACH (-) and TACH (+.) The board also has fifteen jumper switches and several TP test points. It has one switch component that is labeled “TACH range.” This component has seven individual toggle switches that can be set to open or closed.
The 531X133PRUANG1 is populated by various resistors, capacitors, and diodes. Most capacitors on the board are made from ceramic material, but several are made from polyester vinyl, and one is an aluminum electrolytic component. The board has one hundred metal film resistors, most that are mounted vertically to the board surface. However, three of these resistors are mounted horizontally or are connected to surface wiring to other board components. The board also makes use of seven potentiometers and five resistor network arrays. More information about the 531X133PRUANG1 may be found through GE user guides and manuals.
