531X139APMASG2--GE Micro Application Card

The 531X139APMASG2 fits into a number of GE’s general-purpose drive systems, including the AC300 and the DC300.  This PCB component is a multipurpose component rather than a system-specific board. Please consult your system’s manual to determine compatibility.  

The 531X139APMASG2 has a number of components for communicating with other boards or off-board components.  This includes three terminal strips. One strip has three screw connections and the other two have six screw connections each.  The board has three cable connectors (male vertical pin.) Two are located on the left side of the board and the other is located on the bottom right.  It also has four vertical pin header connectors that vary between 2-pins and 24-pins.

The 531X139APMASG2 has over thirty resistor network arrays.  RNAs are essentially a combination of several resistors. They are used to divide the voltage in a circuit into smaller amounts.  Metal film resistors are also used. There are eight potentiometers on the board’s surface. Capacitors tend to be made of ceramic material.  However, some capacitors are made of other materials, like aluminum electrolytic and polyester vinyl.

Other components used on 531X139APMASG2 include five relays, over forty integrated circuits, transistors, and jumper switches.   Reference designators are used to mark components for easy identification.
