The 531X140CCHAYM2 is a PCB component fabricated to be a part of the DC-300 and other general purpose drives that are produced by GE.  

The 531X140CCHAYM2 communicates with other boards and off-board components through connectors like its six male vertical pin cable connectors and two header connectors.   The board has a line of pin socket connectors on its right edge and another near the center of the board. Each of these pins is individually labeled. The cable connectors may be used to communicate with optional auxiliary boards connected to the board via screw connections threaded into the standoffs already connected to the board surface. There are eight of these standoffs attached to the 531X140CCHAYM2.

The 531X140CCHAYM2 has one switch component.  This is a push button switch, and it is located in the lower left quadrant of the board.   There are six red LED indicators placed in a single line toward the upper left. The board also has an inductor and over ten transistors.
