531X189LTBAKG1--LAN TB Option Card

The 531X189LTBAKG1 LAN Terminal Board Option Card is fabricated by GE as part of the company’s general purpose drive systems.  This includes the DC300 or the AC500. Please refer to your particular drive’s manual to establish compatibility with this board.  There are several versions of the LAN TB Option Card within the 531x board series.

The 531X189LTBAKG1 is a long and narrow board.  It is populated by a number of connectors, including five header connectors.  Four of these are placed side-by-side along the top board edge. The last connector is along the middle of the board.  These connectors vary from nine pins to twenty-four pins. Additionally, the board has a single vertical pin (male) cable connector, a single terminal pin connector, and a stab-on connector.  It also has three terminal strips that include a three-position strip, an eleven position strip, and a fifty-two position strip. Each screw connection on the terminal strips is individually labeled.

Other components on the 531X189LTBAKG1 include three inductor coils, a polyester vinyl capacitor, metal film resistors, and several jumper switches.  Jumpers can be individually set to customize board use. The board is drilled in several locations. It is marked with its board number and an alternate board number, along with several codes and the GE logo.
