The 531X191RTBAFG1 board is a relay terminal board. General Electric developed this board for its 531X board series. As a member of this replacement board series, the card can be installed into a number of drives from the GE family. A dual purpose is served by this card. Users are provided access to contacts and coils via the card’s terminal board. The card also provides seven relays to control external circuitries.
A number of board functions are provided by this card. 531X191RTBAFG1 contains a 115 VAC coil that features a 50/60 Hz. Holding currents produced rate a 9 mA, while contacts on board rate at 0.7 A DC or 105 VDC. The card can also provide a tabulation of the RTB points and relay contacts. When relays are energized, the integrated LED indicator lights will visually alert users to this status. External circuits fed to the board can also be controlled using this board.
Included with the board is a set of installation parameters that should be met. Following these requirements will ensure that the drive itself will function properly.
